AI governance is the practice I care most about: designing AI systems that are trustworthy by construction, not by policy alone — human-in-the-loop checkpoints instead of advisory labels, deterministic gates instead of LLM judgment calls on high-stakes decisions, and structural anti-hallucination instead of prompt-level hope. I hold a CISA certification and am completing the AIGP (AI Governance Professional) credential to ground this in NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act. With over 18 years of cross-border engineering experience (Germany and Hong Kong), I pair this with hands-on AI engineering — shipping production RAG and agentic systems — and project leadership, having led cross-functional teams through complex enterprise delivery.
Currently based in Hong Kong, I engage in technical project and team management, as well as enterprise solutions.
During my time in Germany and Japan from 2009 to 2019, I excelled in collaborative team environments, emphasizing coding standards, code review, and collaborative documentation.
